Your Individualized Suboxone Treatment
When you call Prime Health Group, we will first assess your situation to determine if we can help. If you are a good candidate for our program, we will schedule you for an appointment quickly. Our goal is to see you in less than 24 hours!
During your first office visit, you will meet with a physician who will work with you to build a treatment plan to fit your individual needs. Initiation therapy begins when you are in mild to moderate withdrawal. We will adjust your Suboxone, Zubsolv or Subutex dosage to control your symptoms, and determine your maintenance dose. Once your cravings and withdrawal symptoms are controlled, you can focus on counseling to deal with triggers and stressful situations.
A physician will meet with you during your first visit to assess your need for opiate addiction treatment and start you on medication if it is appropriate to do so. You will then see the doctor again, one week after you start the medication, to assess your progress and determine if any medication or dosage adjustments are necessary. After that, you will be required to see one of our physicians at least monthly to track your progress, provide support, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Some patients may be able to wean off Suboxone therapy in a short time, others need longer-term treatment. We will work with you to develop the best long-term plan to help you maintain your sobriety.
Our caring and non-judgmental physicians offer Suboxone, Zubsolv and Subutex treatment for your heroin or pain pill addiction. Our office is in Cincinnati, Ohio near Kenwood Mall. We offer same day appointments. Call now as office visits are by appointment only!
